  • Project Data: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, site reports, photos, financial estimates, and task descriptions uploaded by the user.
  • Usage Data: Technical logs, IP addresses, browser types, and interaction data to monitor platform performance.

2. How We Use & Access Your Data

We process your data to maintain and improve GridSite. Specifically:

  • Service Delivery: Managing your projects and facilitating collaboration between your team members.
  • Technical Support & Debugging: As stated in our Terms of Service, our development team may access your project data solely to resolve technical issues, fix bugs, and optimize system performance.
  • Confidentiality: We guarantee that all internal access is strictly controlled, and your data will never be published, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Security

GridSite relies on world-class infrastructure providers to host and secure your information:

  • Hosting & Database: We use Supabase and Vercel. By using GridSite, you acknowledge that your data is stored on their secure servers. We are not liable for security incidents originating from these providers' core infrastructures.
  • Payments: All payment data (Credit Cards, Billing Addresses) is handled exclusively by Paddle.com. GridSite does not store or process your financial details on its own servers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your project data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination or subscription expiry, GridSite may delete your data after a grace period. It is the user's responsibility to export and backup their data as outlined in our Terms of Service.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal account data (subject to legal obligations).

6. Cookies and Tracking

GridSite uses essential cookies to manage your login sessions and remember your project preferences. These are necessary for the platform to function correctly.

While we implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission and at rest, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your project information but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible cyber threats.
